Dr Nick Fahey and Dr Sarah Fitzharris

Meet Drs Nick Fahey and Sarah Fitzharris, principal dentists of Woodborough House Dental Practice. Originally from New Zealand, they both have extensive experience in dentistry, with Nick dividing his time between the Harley Street Dental Studio in London and Woodborough House in Pangbourne, Berkshire. Sarah, equally, has worked in private practices in Central London and Buckinghamshire.

Their commitment to ensuring the highest standards of patient care shows throughout their practice: Nick incorporates the latest technologies in implant and cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery, while Sarah enjoys developing empathy with patients and seeking to understand their clinical and emotional needs prior and post dental treatment.

Nick is a Registered Specialist in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics with the General Dental Council in the UK and holds an MClinDent in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics from the UCL Eastman Dental Institute.

He also has membership for the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and England, the Fellowship for the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and the Faculty of Dental Surgery (UK).

Sarah has special interests in preventative, cosmetic and family dentistry. She has served on the committees for both the London Dental Study Club and the New Zealand Dental Study Club in London. Recently, she has travelled to the Pacific Islands to provide voluntary dental treatment in remote villages.
