A brand-new smile in just one day

Is it really possible to fit implants in a day?

Absolutely! By having the restorative dentist and oral surgeon work together, rather than carrying out their parts of the process separately, we’re able to cut down the time needed to carry out treatment. It also means that you can enjoy a more precise implant placement.

Is anyone eligible for Teeth in a Day?

Teeth in a Day isn’t suitable for everyone. We’ll examine you carefully and thoroughly before we advise whether this is the best treatment for you. If we don’t think it’s the right option, we’ll discuss what alternatives might be more appropriate.

What does the treatment involve?

The Teeth in a Day process is broadly made up of three parts:

  1. Scan – A CAT scan of your jaw is taken, generating a 3D model of your mouth which is used to manufacture your implants.
  2. Fitting – The procedure can take as little as one hour, if the case is a simple one. The surgery involved in Teeth in a Day is much less invasive than you would expect from the fitting of dental implants and uses an arthoscope, which is inserted into a small incision in the jaw tissue. This technique means there is less pain and swelling, leaving you free to carry on with your usual activities as soon as the following day.
  3. Check-up – A few weeks after your implants have been placed we’ll invite you for a check up to make sure everything has healed well and you’re happy with the final result.

Is it expensive?

Dental implants are a significant investment, with prices starting at £4,500. Teeth in a Day is more expensive than regular dental implants but the time you gain by only spending a few hours in the chair from beginning to end of treatment is priceless.
