Jamie – Starting at Woodborough House Dental Practice

I have now been at Woodborough house working on Reception for almost 2 months. In that time I have really been inspired by the hard work of everyone here.

When I got the job at Woodborough I had been working at BMW for a year. Even though I enjoyed my job there I wanted something in a more personal role and something a bit more challenging.

My first experience at Woodborough House started a couple of years ago when I came here as I had a chipped tooth. As soon as I walked through the door I was shocked at how different Woodborough House was to some other practices. The level of care here is outstanding and the staff go above and beyond to make sure patients are really cared for.

From the moment you step into Woodborough House you are greeted by friendly welcoming people. Everyone here really cares about the patients and enjoys what they do. I have always wanted a job which requires you to be more personal and caring. I love working with people and enjoy seeing patients and making sure they are cared for and leave feeling good and reassured.

In the past I have been to various practices for dental check-ups and coming here I was shocked at the high standard of care and the professionalism of Woodborough house. I’ve never seen a dental practice like it. Walking through the door it’s not like you’re in a dental practice at all it’s like you’re in someone’s house and this is one of the things that made me want to join the team at Woodborough House so much.
